Deutsch: Ieng Sary (* 1927 im Mekong-Delta/Süd-Vietnam) ist ein ehemaliger führender Funktionär der Roten Khmer in Kambodscha. Seine Bezeichnung innerhalb der Hierarchie der Roten Khmer lautete „Bruder Nr. 3“.
English: Ieng Sary, born October 24, 1924, Loeung Va, Tra Vinh) (died 14 March 2013, Phnom Penh) was a powerful figure in the Khmer Rouge. He was the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Democratic Kampuchea from 1975 to 1979 and held several senior positions in the Khmer Rouge until his defection to the government in 1996.
