- 1984 Sold to Eklof Marine Corporation Renamed: SCANDIA

- 19.01.1996 Suffered an engine room fire while towing the unmanned barge North Cape, 4.5 miles off Point Judith, Rhode Island. The barge grounded at about 18.00 on the rocks of Nebraska Shoal, off of Moonstone Beach in South Kingston, Rhode Island and spilled 828,000 gallons of home heating oil, causing the largest pollution incident in Rhode Island's history. About 08.30, the tug grounded as well.
- Salvaged by DonJon Marine. The tug was refurbished and she reentered service as the WITTE III.
