English: Hurn is a village in south east Dorset, England, situated between the River Stour and River Avon in the borough of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, five miles north east of Bournemouth town centre. The village has a population of 468 (2001). The village is the location of Bournemouth International Airport (originally RAF Hurn). It was served by rail from 1863 to 1935, and the station building and platform are extant and used as the Avon Causeway Hotel.
