The Hotel Stander, at the Northwest corner of 4th Avenue and Marion Street in Seattle, was built in 1903 by successful Klondike miner Anton Stander. Bebb & Mendel were the architects. It was replaced in 1930 by the YMCA Annex, now (2021) the main YMCA building.
