Die Villa Vyšehrad wurde 1899 nach den Plänen des Architekten R. Příhoda im Geiste der Neoromantik errichtet. Die Villa Smetana wurde 1899/1900 als privates Sanatorium für den Kurarzt Dr. Wenzel Strunz nach Plänen des Architekten R. Claus errichtet.
