Deutsch: Die neue Holsatiamühle (1914) lag an der Schwentinemündung in Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf, in Betrieb bis 1992. Östlich neben der Mühle stand die ältere Langesche Mühle (1864), die ab 1881 durch Besitzerwechsel auch Baltische Mühle genannt wurde. Die „Holsatia GmbH“ (auch „Holsatia-Mühle GmbH“) übernahm die Mühle unter dem Namen „Holsatiamühle“. Im Getreidespeicher der Baltischen Mühle westlich ihres Kesselhauses wurde die neue Holsatiamühle eingerichtet. Im Jahre 1996 vernichtete ein Feuer ihr Dach und die Ruine wurde 2008 abgerissen. Erhalten geblieben ist der Getreidespeicher der Mühle (1934), inzwischen ein Geschäfts- und Wohngebäude (Einstein-Haus, auch Albert-Einstein-Haus genannt).
English: The new Holsatia Mill (1914) was located at the Schwentine mouth in the district of Kiel Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf. To the east of the mill stood the older Lange's Mill (1864), which was also called the Baltic Mill after a change of ownership in 1881. The "Holsatia GmbH" (also "Holsatia-Mühle GmbH“) took over the mill under the name "Holsatia Mill". The new Holsatia Mill was built in the Baltic Mill's granary to the west of its boiler house. In 1996, a fire destroyed its roof and the ruins were demolished in 2008. The mill's granary (1934) has been preserved and is now a commercial and residential building (Einstein House, also known as the Albert Einstein House)..
