De Hofpleinlijn is de door de Zuid-Hollandsche Electrische Spoorweg-Maatschappij aangelegde en tussen 1907 en 1908 in gebruik genomen spoorlijn die Rotterdam Hofplein via Den Haag met Scheveningen verbond. Deze lijn was tot juni 2006 in gebruik bij de NS en vervolgens bij de RET als RandstadRail tot augustus 2010. Van de Hofpleinlijn is het Hofpleinlijnviaduct blijven staan als rijksmonument, die is herontwikkelt tot de Hofbogen.
