This was a tram station by the vicinal railways. This was a normal gauge line where normal gauge trains could run through. Now (2007) it is a café-restaurant with the name "Nero". This is named after the stripfigure "Nero". There is a statue of Nero in front of the building. The vicinal railwayline was opened on 15/7/1894, closed for passengers on 13/2/1949 closed for freigth on 9/8/1963. After this date, goods trains stil ran to the "usines Mariën", just beyond the village Hoeilaart until 1966. Note: not to be confounded with Hoeilaart train station.
