The United States government has published dietary advice for over 100 years. In response to interest in these historical documents, the USDA National Agricultural Library collected and digitized more than 1,200 items into the Historical Dietary Guidance Digital Collection. Materials in this collection include historical nutrition education materials, such as posters, recipes, and radio transcripts, as well as current nutrition education materials.
