Henry Loeprich (1878 - August 16, 1963) was born in Hungary and migrated to the United States in 1903. He was an architect and draftsman for the state of Wisconsin from 1909 to 1925. From 1926 to 1934 he worked for Law, Law, and Potter and Vystrom architects in Madison. During World War II he worked at Truax Field and at the Forest Products Laboratory. He was active in the Madison Maennerchor for 55 years and was elected its president in 1935. He was also involved with the Madison Turners and designed the Turner Hall that stood from 1940 to 1997. His grave is in Madison's Forest Hill Cemetery, and Rev. Max Gaebler of the First Unitarian Society officiated at his funeral.
