Τhere have been two marble monuments at the south-west pier of the Harbour of Lions: the Large Monument (1st century BC) and the Small Monument (1st century AD). The Large Monument of the harbour was situated in front of the west wing of the Harbour Stoa. Here are pictures of one of them, a notice with a drawing of the site names it Grat Harbour Monument. It sometimes has been situated on dry ground, sometimes water flowed around.
