This congress was held in memory of the centenary of the foundation of Budapest in 1972. Memorial trees of the European capitals The tree was planted by Hague's representative who attended the congress - at Várfok Street and Hunfalvy Street corner, Víziváros neighborhood, District I of Budapest.
