- Photographs WA-208-1 through WA-208-21 were taken by John Stamets, photographer, in Octoder 1994.
- Photocopies WA-208-22 through WA-208-28 are from a 1932 set of building plans made for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service and labelled "R-6 1930 L.O. House, 14' x 14', 1932 Revision, designed by K.E. Banks." In handscript, each drawing is also labelled with “Ground Type 'D' for Horse Pack.” The HABS films, from which these photocopies were made, are high-contrast 8x10" negatives made from the original drawings in the collection of the Entiat Ranger Station, Wenatchee National Forest, Entiat, WA.
