English: Grupa Lotos S.A. is a vertically integrated oil concern from Poland based in Gdańsk. The company is listed in the Polish index WIG 20. Its main activity branches are: crude oil production, refining and marketing of oil products.
The company is a leader in lubricants on polish market. Grupa Lotos is a producer of unleaded gasoline, diesel, fuel oils, aviation fuels, motor and industrial lubricants, bitumens and waxes.
Nederlands: Lotos (Grupa Lotos S.A., Rafineria Gdańska SA tot juni 2003) is een Poolse onderneming en werd in 1971 opgericht. De onderneming beheert een keten van 330 tankstations onder dezelfde naam, en is met name in de regio Pommeren actief.
Français : Lotos, ou Grupa Lotos SA pour son nom officiel en polonais, est un holding pétrolier semi-public polonais, ayant son siège à Gdańsk. L'entreprise est la deuxième actrice nationale de son secteur, après PKN Orlen. Elle a été fondée en 1975, sous le nom de Rafineria Gdańska SA (Raffinerie de Gdańsk, en polonais) et a adopté sa dénomination actuelle en juin 2003.
