Thi inscription on the gravestone of John Todd says:

• In loving memory of John Todd of Harrogate who died Decr 23 1882 aged 20 years. He sweetly sleeps in Jesus.
• Also in loving memory of Jane, the beloved wife of John Todd of Harrogate, who died September 2 1892 aged 53 years. I know that my Redeemer liveth.
• Also of John Todd, husband and father of the above, who died June 12 1909 aged 68 years.
• Also of Annie Ellen, wife of the above, who died January (?) 1949.

The inscription on the heart-shaped memorial stone says:

• In loving memory of C.E. Todd who died in France March 11th 1921 aged 17 years.
