Ici repose Jean FAIDY, né le 12 août 1754, décédé le 6 février 1813. Il fut bon époux et bon père, ami de ses enfans ; fallait-il que la mort le ravît à leurs embrassemens. Son épouse, inconsolable amie, vient souvent près de lui verser des pleurs. Elle a fait élever ce monument à sa mémoire pour consacrer ses vifs regrets, et lorsque Dieu terminera sa triste carrière, elle le rejoindra sous cette tombe, ils jouiront tous les deux de l'éternité bienheureuse, où Dieu les réunira pour n'être jamais séparés.

Ici repose Madeleine Charlotte BOUTEN Vve FAIDY décédée le 10 octobre 1818, âgée de 50 ans. Elle fut bonne épouse, bonne mère et sincère amie. C'est elle qui fit ériger ce monument à la mémoire de son époux que la mort lui enleva trop tôt. Inconsolable de cette perte [illegible]
