Family grave (1909) of German wood sculptor Friedrich Hermann Faerber (1849 – 1908), map O 7 (at Cordesallee below Althamburgischer Gedächtnisfriedhof), Hamburg cemetery Friedhof Ohlsdorf with marble Pietà in front of a colored sun mosaic.
In 1879 Faerber had established Germany's eldest and biggest Wax figure museum in a stationary exhibition house: the ”Panoptikum Hamburg“ at Spielbudenplatz / Reeperbahn in Hamburg district St. Pauli, still in family ownership.
