- English: The Gomburza or GOMBURZA, an acronym (Gom-Bur-Za) denoting the surnames of the Filipino priests Mariano Gomez, José Burgos, and Jacinto Zamora. The three priests were executed on 17 February 1872 at Luneta Park in Bagumbayan, by Spanish colonial authorities on charges of subversion arising from the 1872 Cavite mutiny.
