Now known as Grove House, Mansion Gate Drive, Leeds LS7 4DN. Grade II Listed Building. A mansion built 1835-40 for John Hives, it was for a while the basis for Chapel Allerton Hospital. But there is a new one now, located south of Harehills Lane, and the mansion grounds are filled with housing. The former stables and coach house are also a listed building.
