Deutsch: Die Firma Getreide- und Futterhandel P. Völckers (später auch Völckers-Sell, Inhaber Kurt Sell) hatte ein Kontor und Speicher am Eisenbahdamm 13 (später Kaistraße). 1953 verlagerte die Firma das Getreidehandel am Wall zur Sell-Speicher. Die Gebäude am Eisenbahndamm wurden 1974 abgerissen für einen neuen Erweiterungsbau des Post.

English: The company Getreide- und Futterhandel P. Völckers (later also Völckers-Sell, owner Kurt Sell) had an office and warehouse at Eisenbahdamm 13 (later Kaistraße). In 1953 the company relocated the grain trade to Sell Speicher at Wall. The buildings on the railway embankment was demolished in 1974 to build a new extension to the post office.
