The German American Insurance Building, also known as German American Building and later as Great American Insurance Company (renamed during World War I) had addresses 68-74 Maiden Lane. Construction of the building designed by architects Hill and Stout started 1907 and was finished 1908. It was demolished 1971.[1] [2]
