English: The Georgetown Theatre is located at 1351 Wisconsin Avenue NW in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The building was originally the Dumbarton Theater when it opened in 1913 and was designed by William Nichols. It was renamed the Georgetown Theatre in 1950, but closed in 1986. The building now includes retail space and apartments. The building is a contributing property to the Georgetown Historic District.
