The George M. Cohan Theatre, originally called George M. Cohan's Theatre, was located on West 43rd Street, just east of the Fitzgerald (office) Building, with which it was connected, on the southeast corner of Broadway in Manhattan. Its main entrance was on Broadway, through the office building.
