English: The memorial for the victims of the euthanasia murders was opened in the summer of 2012 in Brandenburg an der Havel by the Brandenburg Memorials Foundation as the last of the six gas murder institutions of „Aktion T4“. At the historical site of the Nazi murder of the sick, the rooms of the former workshop building of the Brandenburg Old Penitentiary, which was the headquarters of the T4 institution, house a permanent exhibition for the murdered "euthanasia" victims. Adjacent to it was the institution's barn, which housed a gas chamber and, for a time, the crematorium. An archive and learning center are connected to the documentation and educational facility.

Deutsch: Die Gedenkstätte für die Opfer der Euthanasie-Morde wurde im Sommer 2012 in Brandenburg an der Havel der Stiftung Brandenburgische Gedenkstätten, als letzte der sechs Gasmordanstalten der „Aktion T4“ eröffnet. Am historischen Ort des NS-Krankenmordes, beherbergen die Räume des ehemaligen Werkstattgebäudes des Brandenburger Alten Zuchthauses, das Sitz der T4-Anstalt war, eine Dauerausstellung für die ermordeten „Euthanasie“-Opfer. Angrenzend befand sich die Anstaltsscheune, in der sich eine Gaskammer und zeitweise auch das Krematorium befanden. Ein Archiv und Lernzentrum sind an die Dokumentations- und Bildungseinrichtung angeschlossen.
