English: Annex building by Gath & Chaves, opened in 1925. It was located on Florida 232, and designed by British architets Eustance L. Conder, Sidney G. Follett, and James W. Farmer. It was "twin" of the Casa Central building but does not have a dome. After G&C closed in 1974, the building has been occupied by other companies, being Chilean Falabella one of them. – source: GCBA
