Frederick Stanley Piper (usually went by F. Stanley Piper) was a British-born American architect who practiced in Bellingham, Washington during the 1910s-1920s. Initially based in Seattle in the firm of Piper & Carder, he relocated to Bellingham in the early 1910s where he briefly worked with pioneer architect William Cox before going solo and becoming the leading architect in Northwest Washington state in the 1920s.
