English: Fortuna passenger steamer, built 1906 at the Anderson Steamboat Co. yard for Capt. Anderson and the Seattle Street Railway Co. and placed in service on Lake Washington. 81 tons, 107 feet in length. In 1927, the Fortuna was converted to a ferry and sold by King County to the King Shipbuilding Co. of Seattle. (Source: Newell, Gordon, ed. "The H.W. McCurdy Marine History of the Pacific Northwest."
