Deutsch: Die ehem. Synagoge in St. Ingbert, 1876 erbaut, nach Auflösung der Israelitischen Kultusgemeinde Sankt Ingbert 1936 an die Stadt verkauft und profaniert, 1945 für jüdische Gottesdienste für US-Soldaten genutzt. 1947 als Betsal der Christusgemeinde St. Ingbert eingerichtet, 1949 an Synagogengemeinde Saar übertragen, die den Bau 1950 an die Christusgemeinde verkaufte, ab 1956 zum Jugendheim umgebaut, seit 1991 befindet sich im Gebäude das Amt für Religionsunterricht der Ev. Kirche der Pfalz
English: Former Synagogue in Sankt Ingbert. Built in 1876 erbaut, after the dissolution of the Israelitische Kultusgemeinde Sankt Ingbert (the name of the kehilla then) its former members sold the building in 1936 to the city. The city profaned the synagogue made it a school for air-raid precaution. In 1945 the synagogue was shortly used again for Jewish services by soldiers of the US Army. In 1947 the Christuskirchengemeinde (name of the Protestant congregation) transformed the synagogue into a church hall. In 1949 the synagogue was restituted to the Synagogengemeinde Saar (name of the kehilla in Saarbrücken), which again in 1950 sold it to that Protestant congregation. In 1956 the synagogue was rebuilt to house a youth hostel and club. Since 1991 the building houses the office for religious instruction of the Evangelical Church of the Palatinate
