English: Until 2012, U.S. Route 24 ran through the city of Peoria, Illinois; its last route in Peoria was from Bartonville at the Shade-Lohmann Bridge, northeast to and over the McCluggage Bridge. It ran on Washington Street, Northeast Adams Street, and Northeast Jefferson Street. (In 2012, the route was shifted into Tazewell County via the Shade-Lohmann Bridge.)
