Located at the eastern end of the Piazza del Comune (Assisi) it has a hexagonal base, built in 1762. There are two concentric basins and a convex upper disk. Three lions decorate the fountain. Water flows from the three lions and from the top the top of the central column. It is built from the local white and pink stone and travertine. A wrought iron railing surrounds the fountain.
