The depictions or visual representations of this work of architecture from Greenland or Kalaaliit Nunaat are permitted under the Greenlandic copyright law which is aligned to the Danish copyright law.

• "Buildings may be freely depicted."^{[§24(Stk. 3)]}

The copyright law also allows depictions or visual representations of copyrighted public art, but only for noncommercial purposes, hence  Not OK for Wikimedia Commons.

• "Works of art may be depicted when they are permanently placed on or near a place or road accessible to the public. The provision in the 1st sentence does not apply if the work of art is the main subject and the reproduction is for professional purposes.^{[§24(Stk. 2)]}
