Fighter Squadron 54 (VF-54) was an aviation unit of the United States Navy. History:
26 March 1945: established as Bombing Fighting Squadron 153 (VBF-153) "Copperheads";
15 November 1946: redesignated VF-16A;
15 July 1948: redesignated VF-152;
15 February 1950: redesignated VF-54, renamed "Hell's Angels" in 1951;
15 June 1956: redesignated Attack Squadron 54 (VA-54);
1 April 1958: disestablished.
