English: Field and Lease Building originally housed the Field and Lease Bank. Built by Illinois-native and feed merchant John A. Field and Prof. J.E. Lease, principal of Centralia High School from 1890 to 1893 and superintendent of Lewis County Schools until this building's construction in 1897. Lease is credited with the building's design and also oversaw its construction.
