English: Ferdinand Félix Clément Le Blanc was born on 29 September 1820 in Évry-sur-Seine (Évry-Petit-Bourg in 1881) in the former department of Seine-et-Oise and died in Paris on 25 May 1905 at his home on Quai Conti at the Palace of the Institute in the 6th arrondissement. He married on 27 July 1857 in the former 2nd arrondissement of Paris, Marie Amélie Célestine Basset, the sister of Charles Basset dit Adrien Robert, writer, journalist and French translator. Ferdinand Le Blanc is an architectural engineer who will become a government architect, civil buildings. he was awarded the title of Officier de l'Instruction publique (Officer of Public Instruction) by the French government and directed the restoration of the apartments of the Maréchale de la Meilleraye at the Palais de l'Arsenal from 1867 to 1868. Ferdinand Le Blanc is also the author of several articles on Parisian town planning.

Ferdinand Le Blanc est ingénieur architecte et qui deviendra architecte du gouvernement, inspecteur des bâtiments civils. Il reçoit le titre d'Officier de l'Instruction publique du gouvernement français et dirige la restauration des appartements de la maréchale de la Meilleraye au Palais de l'Arsenal de 1867 à 1868. Ferdinand Le Blanc est également l'auteur de plusieurs articles sur l'urbanisme parisien.
