English: Route 20: Broadfield, Crawley, Three Bridges Station, Manor Royal, Gatwick Airport (South terminal only) (West Sussex), Horley, Langshott, The Acres (Surrey). Part of the Crawley Fastway network.

As part of Phase 1 of Surrey County Council's Bus Review, route 20 was extended to The Acres housing development in Langshott. The service was withdrawn from Gatwick North Terminal and Povey Cross Road, running directly between Gatwick South Terminal and Povey Cross Roundabout via the A23. The service was diverted into Horley railway station interchange. To lower the amount of buses required on the route, the route was revised in Broadfield to run in a clockwise loop. The evening and Sunday frequency was reduced from every 30 minutes to every 40 minutes. The changes came into effect on 28 August 2010.

To improve unreliability, a new timetable was introduced from 12 February 2011. To give buses extra running time, buses stopped serving Horley station interchange again. This was combined with the fact the use of the interchange was lower than Surrey CC expected and it was sometimes blocked by illegally parked cars.
