Falls Friends Meeting has occupied four meeting houses, three of which still stand:
- 1st - Log meeting house (built 1689-1690, demolished), visited by William Penn
- 2nd - Gambrel-Roofed House (built 1728), later housed the Friends school, now divided into apartments
- 3rd - Hill meeting house (built 1789), became a meeting house for Orthodox Friends, now the William Penn Center
- 4th - Current meeting house (built 1841), built on the same property for Hicksite Friends
