The first MR'93, introduced in April 1993, was characterized by, inter alia, wide track and embossing on the hood, but the air catcher remained on it, and moreover, metal under the windscreen along with the old type of wipers and interior from the older version of MR'91. The full Caro MR'93 (including a plastic under the windscreen and a new type of windscreen wipers, without an air trap on the hood and with a modernized interior) entered in September 1993. This version remained on the British market until 1997 and no variety after the September 1993 facelift was not offered in the UK.
