Čeština: Emanuel Rendl (* 20. ledna 1923 Čepice – 6. února 1952 Praha Pankrác) byl za Protektorátu Čechy a Morava vyšetřován gestapem a pak působil v jugoslávské osvobozenecké armádě. V září 1949 odešel z Československa do zahraničí. Pracoval jako kurýr (agent–chodec) ve skupině vedené Františkem Bogatajem (1913–1999). V červnu 1951 byl při návratu ze své nejspíše první cesty do Československa na hranicích zatčen. Na své cestě v Československu vybudoval zpravodajskou síť sloužící zahraničnímu protikomunistickému odboji. Ve dnech 10. ledna 1952 až 12. ledna 1952 byl Emanuel Rendl u Státního soudu v Praze odsouzen za velezradu a vyděračství k trestu smrti, který byl vykonán 6. února 1952 v Praze na Pankráci.
English: Emanuel Rendl (* 20 January 1923 Čepice - 6 February 1952 Prag Pankrác) was investigated by the Gestapo during the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and then served in the Yugoslav Liberation Army. In September 1949 he left Czechoslovakia for abroad. He worked as a courier (agent-pedestrian) in a group led by František Bogataj (1913-1999). In June 1951, on his return from Czechoslovakia, he was arrested at the border. On his way to Czechoslovakia, he built an intelligence network serving the foreign anti-communist resistance. Between 10 January 1952 and 12 January 1952, Emanuel Rendl was sentenced to death for treason and extortion at the State Court in Prague, which was carried out on 6 February 1952 at Pankrác in Prague.
