Built in 1897, this Queen Anne-style house located at 517 Wisconsin Avenue in Madison, Wisconsin, was built for Elizabeth W. Pudor. The house features a clapboard-clad exterior, hipped roof with front and side gables, a central tower on the front facade with a pyramidal roof, cornice with festoons on the tower, decorative stained glass windows and a horizontally-oriented oxeye window on the front facade, a porch with ionic and doric columns and a decorative balustrade, two-story bay windows on the front and side facades, and a front door flanked by two small decorative glass sidelights.

The house is a contributing structure in the Mansion Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
