English: The Effie Pancake House, built in 1880, is a former residence and present-day office building at the northeast corner of North Antigo Place and East Main Street in Romney, West Virginia, United States. The Effie Pancake House formerly housed the medical practice of Dr. Nabal Giron and Dr. Zinnia Giron and currently serves as the offices of a State Farm Insurance branch as of September 2014.
