English: Doncaster Carr railway depot, created by the Great Northern railway c.1876 as an ~100 loco. engine shed. North of the GNR (now ECML) to London, south-east of the main station. Modified/re-reroofed c.1956/7. Later used as diesel loco. depot. In 2010s site to be used for construction of an Hitachi - Intercity Express Programme rolling stock depot
