A first furnace, similar to a bread oven, in which coal wood of cade produces superheated air that is sent into a second oven filled with wood chips of cade. The pyrolysis, in the absence of air produces charcoal and fumes that are condensed in a condenser by air on the roof of the building. Outputting a "tower separator" collects the condensate of tar and aromatic products involved with water. The volatiles products are reinjected into the furnace to complete the combustion of coal of cade and avoid air pollution. The condensate will be decanted into a large tank which separates the aqueous phase from cade oil. The efficiency of the operation ranges from 0.7 to 1 %, depending on the origin of wood.
(*) It should not be confused the oil of cade wit cade essential oil obtained by steam extraction process whose final composition is different, and the medicinal properties lower.
