Deutsch: Der Distelhäuser Pfingsttage findet seit 1472 jährlich statt, traditionell mit dem St.-Wolfgangs-Ritt am Pfingstmontag zur St.-Wolfgangs-Kapelle in Distelhausen. Gläubige aus nah und fern treffen sich bei diesem Kirchenfest mit langer Tradition an der Wolfgangskapelle, um in einem Festgottesdienst den heiligen Wolfgang um Fürbitte gegen alle Krankheiten von Mensch und Tier anzurufen. Anschließend werden beim Distelhäuser Pfingstritt Reiter, Kutschfahrer und Pferde gesegnet.
English: Since 1472, the Distelhäuser Pentecost days has taken place annually on Whit Monday with the Saint Wolfgangs horse ride to the Saint Wolfgang's Chapel in Distelhausen. Christians from near and far meet at this christian festival with a long tradition at the Wolfgang's Chapel to invoke St. Wolfgang for intercession against all diseases of humans and animals in a festive service. Afterwards, riders, carriage drivers and horses are blessed at the Distelhäuser Whitsun Parade.
