Dina's Diner, located at 736 West Tilghman Street, was one of the the oldest diners in Allentown when it closed about 2018. It originally opened in August 1944 as Lowy's Diner, being moved from Bethlehem to it's current location on Tilghman, next to Miller's Pretzel bakery and the North End Republican Club. It offered 24-hour service, with breakfast being served at all times. In March 1952, it was taken over by Thomas' Diner, and it was renamed Thomas' North End Diner.

In August 1958, it was sold to Leo Martin, who renamed it Martin's Diner, then Leo's North End Diner. Martin did a complete remodel of the diner in 1960, replacing the 1930s diner with a new Silk City manufactured one, made in Patterson, NJ. The diner was not big, with only 12 tables and a counter top seating bar. Due to its location, a maximum of 10 parking spaces was available.

In August 1972, Martin sold the business, and it became known as George's Diner, then Kap's Diner when Nicholas Kap bought it in 1976. In September 1980 it changed hands again, being purchased by Tom Kountroubis. Lastly, it was purchased by Kountroubis's daughter Dina Evangelou for the last time in July 1991 and it was renamed Dina's Diner.

The diner closed around 2018. Currently, the diner remains closed. Several of its windows are boarded, although the Dina's Diner sign remains on the building. It was torn down in early January 2020.
