The Devi Bhagawati temple is one of four historic sites around Thalora, Udhampur district. It is the simplest temple in Babour-Thalora, one that also sits on a jagati (platform), has a square mandapa that connects to antarala followed by a sanctum. The mandapa has eight niches, but the artwork is lost. The walls and sanctum doorway of this goddess temple are profusely carved with Hindu artwork. This is likely a 9th to 10th-century temple.
