De Dion-Bouton offered the last of their 10 CV automobiles, built 1923-1926, in four variants, which differed only in engine and brake configurations. Rather than giving these features standard or special equipment status, De Dion-Bouton decided to give a model designation for each:
- 10 CV Type IS 1.8 Litre, sv engine, two wheel brakes
- 10 CV Type IT 1.8 Litre, sv engine, four wheel brakes
- 10 CV Type IV 1.8 Litre, ohv engine, two wheel brakes
- 10 CV Type IW 1.8 Litre, ohv engine, four wheel brakes
In the U.K., Type IS and IT were sold as the 12/24 h.p., and Type IV and IW as the 12/28 h.p. mo in UK.
