Daniels Cadillac at 14th and Tilghman Streets (1327-51 Tilghman) was the second Cadillac Motor Division dealer in Allentown, receiving the franchise rights in February 1962 when the Dietrich Motor Car Company closed its doors. It sold Cadillacs exclusively until 1974 when it received the rights from BMW North America to sell its German luxury and sports cars. In 2007, when General Motors was going through financial straits, the Cadillac dealership was transferred to Scott Chevrolet, now called the Scott Family of Dealerships. Daniels opened a new dealership in Kuhnsville, in far west Allentown and now sells BMWs exclusively.
