Dana haşlama is a Turkish cuisine veal dihs (soup or stew) served as a portion of one big veal piece, with a potato and parsley; it is common to the Central and Eastern Black Sea Regions of Turkey and is different from "kuzu haşlama" in the sense that it has no "terbiye" or "meyane", sauce made with egg, lemon and -at times- wheat flour.
