- Ground floor corner building. The eclectic residence of teacher Kornélia Erdősy (Erdősi) (Biba) (1843-1928). The house was built by Bálint Morandini of Csáktornya in 1887. The construction manager was Morandini Roman. In the 1920s, the building housed the local unit of the Hungarian Royal Forest Office and the barrel and wine shop of Bálint Erdősy (Erdősi) (Kornelia's brother) - 24 Csengery Road = 8 Kisfaludy Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.
