English: The Council Chamber, also known as the Francisco de Vitoria Room, is known for its murals, a gift from Spain to the League of Nations in 1936, painted by Josep Maria Sert and depicting human progress through health, technology, freedom and peace. On either side of the room, two bronze doors with Latin inscriptions have been realized by Raymond Subes.
